Our case has been going on for nearly 5 years now, which I understand is not all NRS, however now we are down to the end and there has been virtually no communication. An offer was accepted weeks ago, however there has been no paperwork to actually accept the offer. Our family is in a very very serious situation where we need to get this taken care of sooner rather than later. NRS is aware of our very sensitive serious situation, and still continues to drag their feet.
