- GCGiuseppe CicorellaJan 15, 20251.0My experience with this law firm, particularly with Tom, has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. He is always on the road, which means he can’t take proper notes or give focused attention during calls. This lack of organization and focus makes resolving even simple issues a drawn-out process. Additionally, he seems to have limited knowledge or experience in many areas, requiring days to reschedule a discussion or provide information. Even after all the back-and-forth, you often end up without any clear resolution. To make matters worse, he never responds to emails, and phone conversations are vague and unproductive, leaving you feeling like your time and money have been wasted. I strongly advise against working with this firm, especially with Thomas A. Barni. It’s simply not worth the hassle.

My text messages go ignored and nothing has been done to my case since 8/11/2023, unless things are being done and not properly uploaded. I don’t get updates and I don’t see any sign that things are progressing. I understand I am not a big corporate client, but as a fellow human being, I do not deserve this treatment.
