  I reached out to Zach for help after 26 years of marriage. I knew my divorce would be difficult due to the fact that both of us are professionals and there would be a lot of financial complexities. Turns out I was more than right! Zach and his team were knowledgeable and professional in helping me to determine the value of my business, help me navigate very complex financial asset divisions, all this while dealing with an unresponsive and inflexible spouse. He and his team negotiated my divorce settlement, my custody arrangement and I could not be more pleased with how things turned out. He spent so much time researching every aspect of my case to get me the most fair result and I am forever thankful and grateful.

  I was referred to Zach Smith by one of my closest friends who was going through a very similar divorce experience as myself. Both married for over 20 years, children and businesses at stake. Having no experience or knowledge of the divorce process, Zach took the time to explain the proceedings, timelines and set expectations for me which gave a sense of ease during a very tumultuous period of my life.   Zach really helped me at a very difficult time. He protected my assets of my multigenerational family business. Division of assets were fairly divided and met each persons expectations without much “back and forth” bickering. Emails and/or phone calls were answered in a timely manner making me feel a little more comfortable during this unfortunate time of my life. I would recommend Zach to anyone going through a divorce.
