  I suffered a torn shoulder labrum, head injury, and protruding disc at L5-S1 after being struck by a vehicle while walking on a sidewalk. Despite the seriousness of my injuries and three years of treatment, this firm did NOT take my case seriously. My case was handed off to an attorney I never chose, and the firm didn’t notify me until I asked when I saw a name change on documents. It felt like nothing was done beyond paperwork. When mediation came for a settlement discussion, they selected their “friend” as the mediator and there was no real advocacy from my attorney. They said hardly anything to support my case — only repeated pressure to accept an offer. It genuinely felt like they didn’t try, because the case was viewed as an easy payday for them. At one point, my attorney asked for nearly a third less than what we were supposedly going for in the settlement! What kind of strategy is that?!? My heart dropped as I signed the paperwork. Instant regret. If I had known my case would be handled this way, I would have chosen another firm. I DO NOT recommend this firm to anyone who expects their attorneys to truly fight for them.
