- ARAmber RoadenOct 14, 20251.0If I could give zero I would. Very rude individual, subpoenaed my husband to court as a witness for his defendant, however, failed to mention that court got settled months prior to the subpoena date, causing my husband to take time off work and miss out hours and pay. Was told he would be compensated for the day of work he missed. When we first called them to discuss why nobody called him the receptionist for his office apologized and said we would hear back from them shortly and figure out how to pay us. After not hearing back we called two more times and finally got ahold of Mr.Toy. My husband once again asked who compensates for his lost day of work to which he said “I don’t know but not us, bye” very quickly and rudely then hung up the phone before my husband could say another word. This man cares about nothing other than the paycheck you give him before court.
- RMRoxie MayleSep 12, 20252.0I hired Bob Toy for a divorce attorney. The divorce has now been final for over a year. Mr.Toy has yet to provide me with titles to my vehicles that the court had ordered. Also for his retirement pension which I was ordered to receive half of his pension. Needless to say, I have not received anything. I have been trying to get in touch with Mr. Toy for over three months after the divorce. I finally got to speak with Bob Toy this morning I asked him why I haven’t gotten the titles to the vehicles. He stated to me, I can do it myself just go to the courthouse and get the papers and file it contempt of court. I asked him if this was not part of the divorce and why hasn’t he completed the orders of the court is what I could be your attorney if you would like to pay me I said Mr. Toy I do believe that was part of the divorce agreement!! He said go to the courthouse and file consent to court on your divorce yourself and then he hung up on me. So now, at this point in time, I have not received titles tensions that the court had ordered and Robert Toy refuses to do anything about it unless I want to hire him for an attorney. So as my opinion, Robert Toy did not complete my divorce and has left me needing to get a different attorney to finish out my divorce, even though Mr. toy was paid in full

We spent 15 minutes on the phone back in November, paid our 8k retainer and waited 4 months to find out he'd done absolutely nothing with our case. We made several attempts to communicate with him regarding the status of our case or if he needed any additional information as we had barely talked on the phone but received NOTHING. His secretary just puts our email printed on his desk and says "he'll get back to us". We asked for a full refund but was still charged for the 15 minute "consult" we did back in November. He should be paying us for wasting our time.
