  DO NOT HIRE HER!!! She's a scam artist, she stole my money, did 0 work. It took me two months to get my money back from her, and that's only after I filed and paid for a grievance claim through bar association. After months and countless calls and texts of me trying to get her to do anything, she then said "she didn't feel like it" and wouldn't give money back, I had to go above her just to get it back. There is so many others that claim the same issue! Just search her name, you'll find over 20 others she stole from, check BBB, and other reviews. She's horrible. The fact that she is able to still keep her licence after being a known scam artist is crazy. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

  Michelle represented me on two different occasions; for family court as well as for child support. These were very anxiety provoking situations for me as I never dealt with the court system before. She explained how family court works as well as what my options were. She made me feel at ease after thoroughly explaining how proceedings typically go. She was honest when trying to negotiate a deal with the other party and never pressured me to move forward with a trial or to settle. She supported my decisions and was honest in stating she was unsure how the judge or magistrate would render decisions. She was fair in her pricing and even gave me a break when the magistrate brought us back to court on several occasions unnecessarily. She was not frustrated when I changed my mind in court to not settle after previously agreeing. She carried on with the trial effortlessly and won the case for me after requesting the magistrate dismiss the other party's petition as he did not meet his burden of proof. The only thing that was challenging was communication was not as often as I preferred due to being anxious about proceedings; however, she explained that she communicates when necessary to save me money, which I appreciated. She offered to communicate more and what the cost of that would be. I learned to minimize my communication to necessary items and to maximize my time when meeting or speaking with her. I appreciated that honesty instead of charging me more money for every question I had. I would highly recommend Michelle Cimino to others!

  I highly recommend Michelle Cimino . The Cimino law firm helped me out of a very difficult Divorce situation in which I had to dismiss my former attorney . I had Retained an attorney with a large reputable (so i thought ) local firm, it turned into a disaster and was approaching a year of financial bleeding. Michelle took my case over and in a very short time had me on the offensive. She and her firm aggressively pursued the opposition and brought my case to a close! Thank you Cimino Law Firm
