  If I could leave a zero I would. Nothing but an expensive secretary and courier service and no substance when it comes to legal representation or seeking to understand what the client wants. to top it all, Matt Dunn had the nerve to tell me he provided excellent service when I told him he misrepresented me. Dont waste your time or money with this firm

  Went here to get my Sons N600 form looked over . I was told that he cant become am American without re-announcing his Canadian citizenship. He said that he was going to do his homework and contact me back to double check ......Never Did. Come to find out I looked up an immigration lawyer in Syracuse and found out that isn’t the case, he can become duel under qualifications because I’m an American citizen and that I have lived here before he was born. I wouldn’t recommend going to poplaski for immigration. I had to do my own homework He’s the only one in Watertown that practices immigration. Way better off going to Syracuse and getting a real immigration attorney.

  I did not have a good experience. Only want what is best for them not your family. I can see why there are poor reviews.

  I moved to the Watertown area after being stationed at Fort Drum. Within a week of being in the area I received a traffic ticket for failure to safely change lanes because I did not signal while merging on the highway. I called Poplaski and Dunn for a consultation and asked if I could simply talk over the phone, the receptionist answering the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She offered to schedule a phone call a week from the day i called and I asked if I could do it sooner by any chance and in a rude and sarcastic tone, she responded with, "nope, good luck". That is not how anyone professional adult responds when a potential client calls their respective place of business.

  These guys are awful not thorough and miss minor details poor communication i didnt feel like they geniuinely cared about my case i was just another client to them, I urge you do not go to them, they charged me $30 for an email once. Mr. Dunn does not fight hard at all for your case, he's terrible.
