- MGMatt GumpDec 21, 20231.0There is an absolute perfect reason this law firm has 2.3 stars. They take no proactive measures for their clients and are completely reactive. They won't pick up a phone to call you and when they do want something from you they'll just upload it to their online system which doesn't send out a notification till hours and hours later but uses terms like "imperative that we speak to you". Then when you point out the lack of customer service skills they get offended instead of trying to rectify the situation. The stars tell you all you need to know. The reviews are not from clients that Matthew Dunns team beat in court, it's from their own clients...
