  Brian Bass represented me in the sale of my condominium. He was extremely professional, courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me up to date as to what needed to be done to prepare for the sale including items that needed to be repaired, recommended and scheduled a termite service, and helped close the sale. His assistant Cathy was also a pleasure to work with. They did all of the normal things involved in the sale of a condominium and so much more. I can proudly give Farr and Bass my highest recommendation.
