  My name is Kinjy, Simon and Naz represented me in a vehicular accident case. I had a good experience they are very transparent. Even the secretary or paralegal Jaylene was very responsive and returned my calls every time. They are respected in the industry I personally recommend this firm. All cases are different so just be patient let them work. I am happy with my experience because i have read other lawyers review and ppl can’t even get to talk to their own lawyer they get ghosted by these big law firms.   I had a bad three car accident on the LIE in Suffolk County back in July of 2016 and I was referred to Simon Bardizbanian the attorney who took my case. We had our first consult right after my car accident, his questions were very through and detailed. He set me up with a NO Fault physical therapy office a few blocks from my home. The case took time for a lot of different reasons including COVID-19. Simon and his team were amazing with following up with me to check in and let me know where we were on the case. Him and his team definitely fought for me and did not take NO for an answer. We were able to finally settle this past April 2021. I was very pleased with the outcome and they way the case was handled. Simon and his team definitely made me feel like I was their family. Thank you 🙏🏻
