Long story short she said something in the beginning and ended up telling me something entirely different. Bad communication and as time went on due to court being cancelled on three occasions due to weather conditions so I wasn't entirely sure what was going on called multiple times, did walk ins, and even spoke to her secretary who seems to do more than her.
Anyway I had court, came super early and asked to speak with her she glanced at me and then ignored me while her colleague talked more about his dog. I called her name twice and finally she responded saying there was no where we could speak, we stepped outside and I asked to speak to her in more detail and she told me I had an order of protection. She seemed unsure said she didn't even take the file with her and that she glanced at it and wasn't entirely sure. I asked to speak with her a second time and she had the file read it over to me. Turns out I didn't have a order of protection which I was confused because I wasn't sure how that even was related to my case whatsoever and what anyone would want a Order of Protection against me baffles me. But either way at first it seemed she cared but I guess since I'm not paying her out of pocket she could've cared less 🤷🏻♀️
She seems super busy and everything is a mess and she seems to be impatient and have an attitude when you just want to know what's going on.
I mean it's not like I asked for her to be my attorney lol if that was the case I'd have picked someone entirely different at this point, but I'm thankful everything is done and over with.
