My wife calls and calls and we constantly get told our paralegal isn't available or on a call and they'll call us back. We never receive a call back, we called 3 days in a row once and got told by the end of next week we'll receive a phone call but by no surprise we received absolutely nothing. We literally just want an update of where we are at with our case but we dont ever even get to have a conversation with anyone besides the guy that constantly answers my calls at the front desk I guess. Even he says "I saw you called last week" well yeah and we still havent gotten anything. I read all the great reviews on here but so far this place has been an absolute let down.
