  My wife and I recently married and went into a contract on a new home in Brooklyn. To make a long story short, we were first time homebuyers in NYC. We learned from the Title agency, sitting at closing with only our half of the party present, that the seller transferred the title to our property a few days prior to closing. We had no idea something like that could happen and our faith in the process was a bit shaken. Enter Zachary, who came referred to us by a friend of ours who is also a lawyer. Neither my wife nor I had been in a situation like this before and came in expecting the worse. We got conflicting advice from close friends and family as to whether we should even pursue the seller for our losses. Fortunately, Zachary helped us understand the process and was extremely patient with our litany of questions and concerns. He helped us to a speedy and successful settlement, advising us from start to finish. We couldn't recommend Zachary more, and would happily work with him again if we end up in the unfortunate situation where we need a real estate litigator.
