- BNBrian neareyOct 30, 20251.0I don't understand why the process we had to endure trying to get assistance with our case ended up fruitless. We had called Sokolove Law from the TV commercials. Then we found out that they passed the case onto this firm. My wife had a defective Philips CPAP machine. We submitted paperwork,signed releases,and tried to communicate many times with them over the last three years. Many times we were told contradictory things by different people at the firm. The absolute worst aspect was assuming everything was being worked on only to find out when it was too late that my wife's lung disease wasn't "specific enough information" to qualify for an injury. There was rampant miscommunication and my wife needs a kidney and liver transplant to survive. We did what we were told only to find out that when they looked at her lung disease tests,it was "too late of a demonstration of injury" We don't feel like we were advocated for or supported as a client of this firm. The experience was extremely impersonal and that's not what we want in a law firm. My wife has multiple illnesses that were exacerbated by the defective CPAP machine and the fact that this firm chose not to fight for us makes me really disappointed.
