- BNBrian neareyOct 30, 20251.0I don't understand why the process we had to endure trying to get assistance with our case ended up fruitless. We had called Sokolove Law from the TV commercials. Then we found out that they passed the case onto this firm. My wife had a defective Philips CPAP machine. We submitted paperwork,signed releases,and tried to communicate many times with them over the last three years. Many times we were told contradictory things by different people at the firm. The absolute worst aspect was assuming everything was being worked on only to find out when it was too late that my wife's lung disease wasn't "specific enough information" to qualify for an injury. There was rampant miscommunication and my wife needs a kidney and liver transplant to survive. We did what we were told only to find out that when they looked at her lung disease tests,it was "too late of a demonstration of injury" We don't feel like we were advocated for or supported as a client of this firm. The experience was extremely impersonal and that's not what we want in a law firm. My wife has multiple illnesses that were exacerbated by the defective CPAP machine and the fact that this firm chose not to fight for us makes me really disappointed.

I was having online issues & Kris reached out and resent the documents & walked me through every single one & made sure I completed them all, he was so pleasant & patient! So far I just started the very beginning process & they sent me a letter with a case number & advising me not discuss anything on social media platforms & make sure I change my privacy settings which mind you this is a Class Action Lawsuit hmm🤔they were very professional, very kind & on constantly contacting me but it was the start ing point & they wanted my child’s social security number (which struck me as odd) then they asked me to do a review at the same time! I had a death in the family & hadn’t answered a few of their calls & they had been hounding me for the information & I kinda felt bad for not getting back to them so I did the review but after I did it, I was able to see all the other comments it didn’t sit right with me, I felt bamboozled, YOU HAVENT TAKEN MY CASE YET BUT WANT ME TO DO A REVIEW Too many 🚩 so when I saw the next email that stated that they have begun the process of reviewing my case I no longer wanted any further dealings with them!
