  I’m giving 2 stars just because the people I spoke with were pretty nice; however, my experience trying to have them represent me after I got into a car accident was not how I thought it would be. My case manager was very unorganized, so much to the point where he was supposed to contact my car insurance about unpaid CT’s scans from when I went to the emergency department the evening of my accident and because I didn’t realize he never contacted them when he said he would, my unpaid CT’s got sent to collections. Luckily I’m sorting it out now on my own but I would never recommend them. The only reason I started with them was because I couldn’t afford to pay an attorney up front and didn’t know at the time that in certain states, injury attorneys give you the option of either paying them a retainer plus hourly OR you give them a % of anything they win in court. So I got a consolation with a private firm and am much more impressed. My attorney only spoke to me on the phone once, but I will say was very nice and explained things in a way that were very simple to understand. But my case manager, no matter how nice they were, they were beyond unorganized and kept mixing up my case with other cases. Not to mention I kept telling them I preferred to communicate with them via email, but he would text me instead which was irritating. But the fact I got sent to collections because I thought they had handled something for me when they said they would, when they clearly did not just solidified my reasoning for switching and I’m glad I did. With bigger firms like this, it seems as though they take on more than they can handle, so often times many clients are probably put on the back burner, including me. Before you commit to any attorney or law firm, I strongly suggest lining up a few consultations to see who you think is a better fit for you.

  ¡¡¡ The legal firm’s approach to handling cases is questionable. They prioritize securing easy cases for financial gain, disregarding the potential risks involved. I contacted them after my accident, and they accepted the case. However, I decided to retain my previous attorney. As the case progresses towards trial, I am considering bringing them on board due to the numerous promotions within the firm. While they have been promoted every where, called and they denied without even reviewing the case, lol I am concerned that their involvement may lead to losses in people cases !!! Whatever you do, don’t hire them….. !!!
