After agreeing to take my case on contingency and then hearing nothing for 5 weeks after I paid a retainer despite assurances from Angelia’s assistant they were “hard at work” on my case, today I wouldn’t let up until I received a call back. There was no filing with the surrogate court as there should have been. Neither Tyler nor Angelia could even be bothered to call me, the kind assistant delivered the news. They changed their minds, they now wanted $12,000 for the case despite agreeing to take the case on contingency because of the multi million dollar estate. I’ll find another firm to give my $12,000 to. I don’t work with dishonesty like this. If things had changed, fine - have the decency to call me. Don’t make me chase you down. Let’s see how long it takes to get my $1,000 back. Based on negative reviews this may take awhile.
