  My lawyer at Fersch LLC, Maxine, was absolutely incredible. She looked out for me when I didn't know how to look out for myself. She was always calm, collected, knowledgable, and ready for whatever came our way. She was an amazing listener and helped to ease my anxieties and fears throughout the tense and uncomfortable divorce. She navigated the difficult process with ease and was always kind while also remaining firm. Maxine was a light during this dark time, and I will always be so grateful for both her expertise and her demeanor. I'm thankful to Fersch Family Law, which was recommended to me by I another woman in my similar situation. I highly recommend it!

  HIGHLY recommend Patricia Fersch and her whole office! Her and the whole team are the best in NYC and can take on anything. They know the law, courts and other attorneys better than anyone and work 24/7.

  I was in a 4-year custody battle for my toddler, up against people with more money than God. Ms. Fersch was able to defuse situation after situation, keep me confident throughout, and in the end get me out of expensive litigation. I feel super fortunate to have found her, and I wish I had switched attorneys sooner. Can not say enough good things about the way her team handled all of my concerns. My entire family says thank you.

  I contacted the firm to help me with the divorce decree reversal or some sort of advice because my ex husband is robbing me blind. He's making a million a year, I gave up any kind of financial support from him in lew of getting the house. I sold the house to reinvest the money and he's decided that he wants to pay me in installments over 8 years instead of lump sum where my money are just wasted! Shane Duffy picked up the phone, asked me for my divorce papers, said he'll check on something filed or not filed and promised to contact me asap. That was over a week ago, he never contacted me back, he ignored my followup email. And nothing. Why not have some curtesy to say...sorry I can't help you cause whatever papers were filed and nothing anyone can do. or sorry I am busy and will get t it next week or just say something. Ignoring is much easier! Why would anybody want this type of attorney on their case? Have no clue, perhaps my money are not good enough for this top rated NYC lawyer.
