I was able to comfortably communicate the needs I had at the moment and was provided service immediately. Stephen was professional and honest. He was flexible with his schedule, being easy to meet up with as well as contact over the phone. It was evident how knowledgeable and skilled Stephen was. I was experiencing a difficult and complex situation, but he assisted me with keeping composure and staying level headed. Although there were times I had doubt about what would occur, the work that Stephen had done behind the scenes prevailed. Stephen was reassuring and had my best interest.
