Lawyer has too much on his plate non responsive for over 8 months. 41k down payment returned and that still didn’t rise to the occasion where a convo with attorney seemed warranted. Paralegal is all you get. Maybe unless you look like he does. Don’t ever use this company. For sure never use the attorney your agent suggests. Using them is basically a title search and nothing else.
