  I had an excellent experience working with Daniel S. Atler. From the very beginning, he was extremely knowledgeable and confident, which immediately put me at ease during what can be a very stressful process. He took the time to truly understand my situation, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. What stood out most was his strong work ethic and how quickly he moves—he doesn’t waste time and gets things done efficiently while still being thorough. He’s also very personable and easy to talk to, which made a difficult situation much more manageable. If you’re looking for a bankruptcy lawyer who is professional, reassuring, and highly effective, I highly recommend Daniel S. Atler.

  Daniel handled my recent bankruptcy with the greatest sensitivity, compassion, and aplomb! The breadth and depth of his knowledge and experience in the process and procedures shown brightly as he patiently walked me through each step---clearly explaining the "what," "why," and "how." His response to my questions and concerns was immediate and thorough. And, in the end, he presented my case to the court, which was successfully concluded in my favor. As a result, my financial situation has been turned around 180°!
