- BKBridget KrolSep 20, 20251.0I obtained Joe 2 years ago after falling and breaking my arm. Communication has been lacking & inconsistent. The minimal information given was not truthful. I finally received an email from Sarah (after reaching out several times over the last 2 months with no returned communication). The email stated I had a new attorney, call him. An attorney not connected to this firm, not local, no heads up, no call zippo!! Verbal communication from Joe about not having time to represent, or whatever reason this firm felt the need to have someone else handle business ,really should have been completed. Thank you Sarah for update, however, THAT’S NOT HOW IT WORKS!!! Can NOT recommend!!!
