  Good old fashion business. This attorney focuses on getting the job done. My turn around time from meeting with Ms. Diamond for my appeal and receiving my benefits took 4 months (which included retro time). Please note. I delayed getting some paperwork to her, even with that, my experience was very smooth.

  Marilyn Diamond is absolutely the best attorney I've ever dealt with. She's prompt, efficient, and very organized. Because of her efforts, I received a very favorable Social Security disability insurance claim with back pay and a substantial increase in my Social Security benefits. And due to her diligence, I never had to appear at a hearing. When you retain Marilyn's services you only deal with Marilyn, unlike my workers comp case with another law firm, I attended six hearings and had six different attorneys appear at each hearing and each attorney knew less than the one before. When you call Marilyn, you only speak to Marilyn, and when you leave her a message she returns your call promptly. I've had just an overall great experience. And would highly recommend her to anybody who needs the services of an attorney.
