  If I could give them zero star i would but I don’t see the option,this law firm is horrible ,make you lost your time and energy for nothing ,very unprofessional,at the beginning they call you every 10 minutes pretending to be so interest in your case ,once you send all the paperwork they ask to start ,they don’t care anymore ,you are the one that keep calling ,texting and emailing to them without response , I had a good case but lost it because of them ,and I lost my time also ,so if you are looking for a good law firm who take you seriously run from them ,they are not .

  I contacted Morgan & Morgan regarding a no-fault pedestrian accident because of their TV commercials. At first, they seemed friendly and interested, but they wasted two weeks of my time with constant back-and-forth and no actual progress. Ultimately, they declined the case without any explanation. The most frustrating part is that their delay caused me to lose my case entirely. By the time I could find another attorney, the street camera footage—which is only saved for 14 days—had been deleted. Because Morgan & Morgan stalled for those critical two weeks, I lost the only proof of the license plate number that hit me. Additionally, their Kew Gardens office is misleading, they have no physical presence there. You are forced to deal with a call center that knows nothing about your file, and attorneys never pick up the phone. They are inefficient, unprofessional, and their negligence cost me my legal claim. Do not trust them with your time or your case

  Their commercials make it sound like they’re always ready to help accident victims, but that wasn’t the reality. I contacted them about my car accident case, and they refused to take it with barely any explanation. The response felt cold and dismissive — nothing like the caring image they show on TV. Very disappointing and misleading.

  I called this firm after seeing their commercial saying they help people hurt in car accidents. I truly believed they cared, but when I reached out, they wouldn’t take my case and barely explained why. It felt like the compassion they show on TV disappears once you actually call. Very disappointed and let down during a tough time. I’m very disappointed with this law firm. They didn’t take my case seriously at all. I asked multiple times for the reason why my case was refused, but the lady I spoke with just kept saying, “We can’t help you,” without any explanation. I believe it’s because I refused to go through surgery, and they thought they wouldn’t make money from my case. Shame on you for running commercials claiming you help people after terrible accidents while turning away those who are really in pain and need support.
