  Had a wonderful experience working with Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti. They handled my case from start to finish and got me paid and made sure I was taken care of and updated every step of the way. Martha my Paralegal took care of all my questions and concerns and always returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. I was never left wondering what was going on and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional Legal team.

  These are the worst to handle your case. If you have workers comp case do not use them or you will lose the case and not receive any reward from your injury at work. They are unprofessional and take days to respond and you cannot get hold of anyone in the office.

  I had a great experience with Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti, but I especially want to highlight Martha, the paralegal. Workers' comp cases involve so much paperwork and back-and-forth, but Martha stayed on top of every detail. She was always professional, quick to respond to my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my claim. Having someone like her on my team made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

  The services from the law firm is terrible. I would give it 0/5. If you have a workers compensation case do not use this law service. You cannot get hold of anyone and the lawyers here is not responsible. They made my mom lose a workers compensation case that was clearly documented. If you have a workers compensation case do not use Bangel, Cohen & Falconetti.

  These guys are straight trash as attorneys, I call them playhouse attorneys because they are a joke. The intake attorney Antonio J. Otero thought he was gonna keep hushing me when I spoke, when he did that I knew I was going to get rid of him before I left their joke of a firm. Then Antonio J. Otero said that I was going to have to give up my private medical records from my private doctor (not the medical records from my workers comp doctor) to the employer, but I wasn't haven't it. I ended up firing them before I they even filed the papers to take over for previous attorneys and told the workers comp board through filings to ignore any documents filed from this firm. I ended up winning my workers comp case on my own without these clowns. Go find another firm if you don't want these type of problems.
