  I am a realtor and David Weir is my go-to attorney for the majority of my deals, especially any that seem the slightest bit non-standard in any way. I know that Dave has seen it all before and can advise me. He is very accessible, too, if I have questions. A great partner to have on my side throughout a deal. Always a great experience!

  Please listen to these reviews! I have worked with David’s office twice, once in 2019 to close my FSBO home, which was excellent, things went great with communication etc. and again June 2025 to close another FSBO and it was the complete opposite, many issues with communication, proceed money that was missing off of our sales statement after pointing out the missing deposit of 10k, the office was very unprofessional, snarky and down right mean going forward. I wouldn’t use this company again and I certainly wouldn’t refer them. Company has gone down hill.

  My parents utilized David Weir for the selling of their duplex and the entire experience was terrible. There was no communication throughout the entire selling process. Missed paperwork, missed deadlines. The closing was changed over 4 times with little to no communication. Never once did they get updates unless my parents called and it was always communication through the paralegal with a million different stories or excuses. The unprofessional manner of the lawyer and paralegal was a joke. To be paying someone and be treated so poorly. To the point they had to pay out money 2xs to turn on the power after being told they could shut it off. Would not recommend this office to anyone!!!!
