I called their to obtain a lawyer for court, the lady told me four time that they don’t do anything with adoptions. After I called the court back the court told me that the paper work was sent over for you to get a lawyer. The judge thought I was lieing. Finally they gave me a lawyer, but when I called, surprise, it was the same lady that told me they don’t represent any adoption cases. After I told her I wanted her name she switch me over to a voice mail. So I kept calling until I spoke to a woman named Yvonne. I wanted to make a complaint and figure out the woman’s name that was giving me false info. Yvonne also handled it poorly. Yvonne told me word from word “ you have a lawyer now so be happy and good luck and hung up on me. Poor service and I will be figuring out a way to sue simply because 1 it was a waste of a court date, and 2 I lost out on wages. Absolutely so unprofessional!!!!
