  A few weeks back my wife and I sold our one family house in the Bronx. Our attorney for this sale was Phil Napolitano and his team. They were highly professional, made the entire process smooth, easy and stress free as possible. Phil's assistant Shantel was a pleasure to work with. She is helpful, very knowledgable, takes the time to explain things clearly, and kept us informed by following through with phone calls or emails regarding the next steps we had to take throughout the process of the sale. That was incredibly helpful for us as first time house sellers. I would recommend Phil and his team to anyone looking for a real estate attorney. They are the best in the Morris Park neighborhood.

  I had the pleasure of working with Phil Napolitano and his team, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and dedication. From selling my home to purchasing a new one, they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Shantel Sarju, one of Phil's assistants, who worked tirelessly to ensure that both the sale and purchase closed on time. I faced a particularly challenging situation with the buyer of my previous home, who was uncooperative and attempted to delay the sale. All credit goes to Shantel, who consistently advocated on my behalf, applying necessary pressure on the buyer’s attorney to protect my interests. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to close the sale on time and use the proceeds for my new home. Additionally, Shantel went above and beyond during the purchase of my new home, negotiating with the bank’s attorney, the seller’s attorney, and all involved parties to ensure a smooth and timely closing.
