- JLJanet LynottJan 15, 20261.0Is this place real? My case worker has not returned called, texts or Emails in months. I finally complained AGAIN yesterday, and She called me 7a this morning. She was very informative letting me know she is so busy and backed up over a month she has many more E mails, texts, and phone calls to get to. That she just hasn't gotten to mine yet. SERIOUSLY? I asked why she didn't tell her supervisors she was so far behind? She couldn't answer me. Then I told her I received a 3 month letter from disability. She said No I didn't. WELL, YES I DID. I asked her who she was speaking to on my behalf at the disability office. She couldn't answer. She actually couldn't answer any questions, or help me with my case at all. She was clueless. She " accidentally " hung up on me. Not 1 time but 2 times. I asked for someone to take over my case ... it is in last last few weeks after all. And Nothing. They said wait for 72 business hours. Lol. I waited months last time I requested this. What's 72 more hours. At this time I am very doubtful they will actually do anything. I am out here alone. The big long speech at the never-ending recording says they hired the wrong attorney years ago. I feel I hired the wrong attorney now. So disappointed. Can anyone recommend a good attorney that can help me?
- MLMegan LeAnnDec 30, 20251.0Never again will I ever use Morgan and Morgan. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them. The amount of money taken from our settlement is absolutely disgusting. Saying that 2 doctors visits is almost $4,000 is absolutely ridiculous. My advice is to stick with a local lawyer, not some big tv gold digger.
