- MCMelia Cook3 days ago1.0I guess I needed to die first to show I was harmed by a surgery center, for them to accept my case !! You can die within hours and go septic without antibiotics for kidney stones! There are a lot of documented cases for this very thing. And the patients died before the case was taken . Pretty sad. Guess I will sue without a worthless attorney
