- JSJAMES SUTTON5 days ago1.0Honestly, I’m very unhappy with the whole situation, I was in a rear end accident where I was at a completely stop. This was supposed to be a complete open and close case. I was told that the other drivers insurance would only offer 5k when I already had 20k roughly in medical bills. When I signed with them I was told there was no way I was walking away with any medical bills and then I get a phone call saying that we had to take it to court or I could pay the lawyers fees on top of the medical bills and the cost went from me paying 30% to 40% on top of me already losing a lot of money not working what choice did I have other then say yes. then a week or two later then they wanted to play ball but because they filled I still had to pay the 40% + the filling fee. Now I wind up with two months worth of pay for a Settlement and I am a service advisor so in order to do my job I’m on my feet for 10 hours a day with 20+ clients a day. It really feels like everything I see online about them caring like a family is far from the truth. I will also be going to the nv bar as soon as I have the time set aside

On December 11, the case manager said I would need to speak to the attorney Brianna Gutierrez for an update on my case. I called Brianna and left a message on December 12 and left a message. They’re supposed to return your call in 1 business day. I’m still waiting to hear from Brianna and it’s now December 18.
