DO NOT SAY YOU HAVE NOT BEEN WARNED
My story is very bad and yet continues to only get worse
when I signed I was told they would like to represent me and I have a very good case I was informed their compensation plan was 25% of any past money I receive to cap at $7,000 I agreed
I delt with Hector the first 2 x in my 3rd office visit Hector was gone I soon found out that is par for the course it seems there's a different case manager they go through them like i go through underwear that should tell me and you with the poor svc leads to a very high negative work environment I can only imagine have to answer phones just to deal with so many people being treated so poorly. I was asked to come into the office to sign some documents papers were handed to me for me to sign I looked over the doc s and I read the comp rate of 25% of past disability to cap at $9,200 I did not sign and told them there was an error the rep told me no mistake it was a cost of living increase(cost of living is approx 3% $2,200 is a hell of a raise) and if I don't sign they will bill me for work previously done by them.
I told them I lost my job 3 years ago because of my disability I worked 2 jobs for over 21 yrs same type of work and I did not get a COST OF LIVING RAISE i have been living with no income for the 3 yrs that i've been unemployed So I'm faced with the option
of being shakened down by the attorney hired to represent me or go it alone and pay their bill. I feel this was handled as bad as possible. I asked them to show class and honor the agreement and comp plan that they asked for. I am expecting retaliation from the firm how ever I'm expect to go it alone or hire another attorney to attend the hearing . I want anyone who reads this to know I never complain I don't do surveys and I never NEVER leave reviews. I would hate to see anyone go through the misfortune of dealing with this company.
I'm so disappointed stressed out and broke. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED but I wish you well what ever you decide to do.

This center is awful for anyone trying to get legal help for disabilities. I waited a year to get answer from someone and the staff that receives the paperwork were very helpful but could not tell me much about the status of my case. They said there was a good chance that I would get approved which is why they accepted my case in the first place. It wasn’t until 30 days before my hearing and (at this point had already been 2 years), my attorney said that my case did not look great because of my age and tried to convince me to drop my case. I said that I still wanted to proceed. She showed up to my hearing but did not really fight my case. It was almost as if I represented myself, which is definitely the most awful feeling. Her name started with an L, I won’t say for confidentiality reasons but you don’t know who your attorney will be until 30 days before the hearing. That was two years that I wish I could get back by choosing another resource of legal help. Don’t make the same mistake.

We met them at an event for veterans. We've given them two opportunities to see how they can "help". The first time the rep pretty much made my veteran cry and she made it sound like there was no hope for him. We decided to call again to see if this was just someone who wasn't willing to help, and it's the same vibe. They seem to screen you with a tone of dismissal, make assumptions, and then, of course, refer you to call SS or go to their website. I'm not sure what their definition of "Help" is on the title , but it's definitely not to be helpful.
