The rude, crass, person who answered the phone characterized my concern as a "gripe", while laughing at her joke made at my expense. She then passed me to the "ticket" department where, I tried to understand the woman who's accent is so thick I have no idea what she was saying at all. Having been a former business owner, I know the value of good word of mouth as well as repeat business. Needless to say, I will never use this firm again or refer anyone needing representation to them. Thank God these folks are not Doctors.
