    Trust law is complex and we were not familiar with the process. We found ourselves at odds with a successor trustee and basically in the dark. Attorney Zach Holyoke was the the equalizer. He coached us through the process and kept the other party moving forward with pace and transparency. Highly recommend the Anthony Barney firm.

    Zach Holyak has been amazing, fair, and honest. He has such a great temperament and really explains things in a clear easy to understand manner regarding estate law. I highly recommend him and would give him 5000 stars if it were allowed. So many lawyers out there are just in it for the money, but Zach truly cares about his clients over making a buck.

    Anthony and his team form a top legal team that provided excellent support for the matter we had to deal with. Anthony reviewed our case and history, evaluated the legal standing, and gave us an honest appraisal of probable outcomes. He mapped out a strategy and reviewed those plans with us so we understood completely how the matter would proceed. He answered all of our questions (and I had many), giving us full confidence that it would proceed as expected (and it did!). The legal briefs filed were very complete, citing many precedents that concretely supported our case. Of course there are no guarantees and unforeseen issues could arise, but we knew that if something did come up, Anthony and his team would be ahead of it and adapt as needed. For us, the result was very positive with all safeguards put in place to insure no future action could alter it. We highly recommend Anthony Barney and team for any legal needs you may have.
