My case has been open for over 2 years due to them not being able to maintain their staff. They never reach out, they will not help unless you apply pressure. They love getting yelled at. They are very unprofessional. I was left with permanent injuries, having me do their job by reaching out to the other party. Please save yourself from them, DO NOT INVEST YOUR TIME HERE !!! you will be disappointed. They have people working there who don’t even seem like they like their jobs, miserable staff.

Now fast forward to 12/8/2025 almost a month later I’m told the check was made out to the wrong party. How was this over looked for over a month ? The correction process could have been started that same day they realized the check was incorrect. If you got into a car accident and actually care about how lawyers treat you go to any other lawyer in Nevada instead of Adam S Kutner.
