Hello I been to this office twice the first time the woman I dealt with was super nice helpful as she read my denial letter and explained why they couldn't help me as they only help with new claims so I went back home told this to my caretaker who has his own lawyer and I was then told because I was looking to file an appeal my denial letter was at the hearing level with the judge out of new Mexico so after my roommates lawyer advised me to not file an appeal because they are very rare for the judges decision to change so ok I decided to file a brand new claim so I went back to this office again a second time and whoever I dealt was very unfriendly had an attitude I could tell like she didn't want to be there almost like I was bothering her so I then proceeded to show her the same denial letter she wanted to read it she then has the nerve and tell me the judge says you are not disabled we can't help my blood starting to boil inside as woman why the hell do you think I walked in here I am DISABLED you idiot I had a stroke and heck my own damn doctor says I am disabled for life so for the nerve of this employee starting to side with the judge like putting me on trial again was starting to piss me off she then proceeds to say Jeff since the hearing do you have any new conditions medically and again I had severe brain damage the MRI at sunrise hospital showed meaning my brain has been damaged woman I don't know is usually my answer to most things in life all I know is my condition is getting worse she says in a very rude way here is our card do not come back in person just call us after you speak to your doctor but for now Jeff I don't think we can help you like what the hell is this office for disability help center like why post his sign if you folks are going to be rude and say you can't help a disabled person the first women was very nice this second woman I wish I knew her name but I didn't ask her vibe and energy I felt was very toxic she was a horrible employee and to think she is probably getting paid to tell disabled people we can't help you I walked out so annoyed like who the hell is this woman to handle my situation so rude inconsiderate and cold to a disabled person the words unless the doctor says you have new conditions we won't help you like who the hell was this woman she wasn't the damn lawyer again she was a horrible employee but for her to say do not come back in person just call us spoke to her how much she hates her job she was probably texting her boyfriend I am interrupted her day was my guess I never felt so uncomfortable coming into an office in Las Vegas in my life now I will be seeing my doctor on April 23 and I know for a fact I have new medical situations after my hearing like I am severely fatigued daily from my prediabetes I was diagnosed with that makes me go bathroom 3 or 4 times a night I can't get sleep my walking is getting worse but do I even want to deal with this office after how I was treated to my face by this extremely rude women I don't even know I went out of my way to post this review normally I like to give good reviews for eating at restaurants to praise good food but this might be the most annoying experience I have had in Las Vegas in 20 years so for disabled people this office doesn't really do what they say who knows maybe the woman was having a bad day who knows but for her to act like the attorney and 1 more thing this is the weird thing I did speak to disability advocates I found on a Google search I spoke to them they said I have a great case and wanted to help me file my appeal but I wanted to deal with somebody local in Las Vegas so I thought this office was perfect and she said we were the same office I am like ok why did this guy say I have a great case but then yes the first women told me we don't file appeals we only help with filing a new claim so I am back to step 1 I just wish I could deal with that same first woman she was polite to me the second girl complete opposite I don't know what to do now I feel very uncomfortable with this office

After having two strokes and difficulty with short term memory, I wish I would have connected with them sooner. The disability system is difficult to navigate and having help is a must. Good communication and help throughout the process. Thankful for the practice.
