  Stephen Eaton got me through one of the most difficult parts of my life 20 years ago. Not only was he thorough, but also graceful and kind. Many times, divorce requires a special touch. He never suggested I do anything that would make matters worse. He is a great attorney and very good at what he does.

  I've used Stephen Eaton's services more than once over the past 15yrs and I can tell you firsthand he is very professional and privy to the law. He would never falsely lead his clients down a path he isn't confident about. My case was tough but Mr. Eaton knows the law & I won! His retainer fee is fair and placed into a trust which is drawn from as he conducts his services. He is never "paid in full" up-front before any legal work is completed. Beware of the one-off negative reviews that may have been a party to the losing side...

  Piece of work. Attorney promised us custody of the kids, guess what? We paid him full prior to the proceeding to find out he bails on us at the hearing. Not only was the Hon'ble Judge not happy, he ruled in the other way. His Associate had to take the bench to proceed our case.
