- JZJeremy ZamoraAug 13, 20251.0Ive sent over my medical records for my case but I've tried calling 3 times and left 2 messages but no one seems to return my calls... I wish they would say yes or no so I have some closure on whether or not they will take my case. 🤷.... Well... after not returning my calls I received a letter saying that they would not continue to take my case because they have tried reaching out to me and I have not responded. Which is not true, because I have been calling the office and leaving messages but no one returns my calls. I would recommend going with an office that keeps an open line of communication. Thanks for at least sending me the paperwork showing that you are not taking the case so I can get a another lawyer to take my case.

- MOMatt OppenheimJan 26, 20181.0David Duhig was extremely rude and caustic at me on the phone and hung up the phone with no explanation. We had agreed to review my case as a possible medical malpractice suit and I had just received the medical records and asked what I should do about them. Then with no warning he stated "I refuse to handle your case I;m going to hang up on you now. I asked quietly what was the reason and he just hung up. STAY AWAY!
