After graduating with honours in law and history at the Radboud University Nijmegen and the University of Cambridge, I worked as an attorney for De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam from early 2011 to the end of 2018. During this period, I independently acted in dozens of construction and procurement law proceedings and cross-examined many witnesses in national and international arbitration disputes. Furthermore, I have built up a significant real estate portfolio, giving me a lot of experience with conflicts against governments, banks, homeowner associations and tenants. I love to litigate. I am used to win every case, but I also have the honesty to tell my clients straight-out if their case has no or a limited chance of success.
