  Divorce is awful but it was nice to have someone make it manageable. Mr. Craig was always professional and at the same time made me feel comfortable. His legal secretary, Christina is unmatched! She always took the time to explain anything! I highly recommend them.

  I was having trouble with a local business who installed hvac equipment in my home. The equipment was not working properly and after months of hassling them to fix or replace the equipment I stopped hearing back from their manager. I went to a few lawyers who seemed interested in helping, but John Grady was who I went with. I emailed John a brief summary of the issues I had been having. I met with him and Paul Kelly and I was impressed to see they had already done some research. They were very personable and respectful of my situation. We went through every possibility of what could be wrong with the equipment and created a plan to move forward with. They were very transparent and realistic about what my options were. John got in touch with the company and we were able to settle the issue without going to court. John gave me the leverage I needed to hold the company accountable. I would not hesitate to reach out to him again if I ever run into any issues.

  I went to the Craig, Annin, and Baxter law firm with a tough case that other lawyers would not take on. They accepted the case and had John Grady work with me. Given John’s superior legal knowledge he knew exactly what to do. He structured the relevant legal argument and filed my complaint. Then he patiently guided me through the next steps of the process and was always available to answer my questions. After lengthy negotiations with the other side John helped craft a settlement that satisfied me. I feel very comfortable recommending John to someone in need of a good lawyer.
