However, when good things happen and you are transparent and kind, you may get the help you need. I cannot and will not put this firm down. They are very kind and professional. This morning I had the pleasure with speaking with Abraham EXT: 180 and he was incredibly kind and understanding to my situation as I had spinal surgery and I have been down and out and unable to pay bills. It became a choice of a roof over my head or pay credit cards and I knew the cards would come back to haunt me because it is a debt I owe, but I am in no position to pay it all back right now. Abraham took the time to work with me and find out my situation and was willing to work with what I could do and even down the line revisit to see if my payments could be raised to pay off my balance quicker. For being collections, they are not the mean baddies that people make them out to be, they are very professional and here to help YOU as long as you are kind, respectful, and understanding with them. Thank you to the firm for working with me and thank you to Abraham for being such an amazing person and putting the human back into the word humanity!
