- AAAMFeb 17, 20261.0I called their two phone numbers and they will not answer the phone. I left them messages and they will not answer. I have no clue why I have a judgment against me. I will have to go to the court and let them know this attorney office refuses to answer their phone.

The last person said only 10 month arrangement and others said 18 which is not doable in this economy. No assistance given to me to resolve. Will try talking to the attorney but was told Mr. Faloni is not in.

No. Your firm is being downright inconsiderate, rude , and unprofessional by not returning phone calls in 24 hours. When you tell people to call you at a number, they expect a human to answer. Not some damn stupid voice mail every single time. Your customer service sucks! You are damn good at taking people's money, I will admit. Now stop giving out bogus numbers. Start returning phone calls that I have been waiting months for. Next stop is the better business bureau lawyer associated reporting firms. I'm done being treated like crap from your law firm
