- RPRussell PocaroFeb 9, 20231.0Robert DeGroot was assigned as the attorney-trustee to my father's law practice when he died in June of 2021. He was charged with managing some matters and filing an initial report by October 15, 2021. It is now February of 2023 and he has failed to file said report. He is incredibly slow to return communications and his inability complete his duties has held me from settling my father's estate, required me to obtain secondary council, and result in additional charges to the estate.
