  Called to ask some questions on if I had a case & Carly informed me I didn’t. She was very QUICK to flat out say I didn’t have a case. It was after talking to other law firms I realized how unseasoned she might’ve been given that she just graduated a few years ago. Other law firms provided me with real outcomes and even educated me on actual options that I have with the good v bad. POINT BLANK- short phone calls feels like they are backlogged & just want to rush you off the phone.
