Mr. Valdes seems to have the clients mixed up as he calls them (worst case scenario; best case, the attorneys are mocking potential clients and spreading their information); nonetheless, I would assume most potential clients don't enjoy being taken as a joke, patronised, their words twisted and their time wasted.

There is no way to get a hold of anyone there and all very slow to get work done. Walter Laufenberg is the worst lawyer in New Jersey. I would never recommend him to anyone. If I can give less than 1 star, I would give him minus 5
