  Christine Dalena and her assistant Brenda helped me navigate through a terrible time in my life finding myself needing a divorce lawyer after 35 years of marriage. Christine is a top-notch attorney who is respected among her peers in Family and Matrimonial law. However, unlike other attorneys who have crossed my path, she is understanding, compassionate, and was always a phone call or email away keeping me up to date on my matter. I am a paralegal who works daily with law firms and attorneys and within minutes of our initial phone call, Christine was the one to handle my divorce.   I can't say enough how satisfied i was with case. Hailey Vogt was exceptional. She continually kept me updated and was always available to answer any questions. She was there every step of the way and made a very difficult time much easier than i thought it would be. I would highly recommend Laufer, Dalena, Jensen & Doran and especially Hailey Vogt.

  Even under the best of circumstances, Divorce is brutal. It can be overwhelming trying to navigate through the minefield of variables you are confronted with as you try to protect your interests and seek the best possible outcome. One of the first critical decisions that needs to be made is choosing an attorney. When I was “lawyer shopping” I was amazed at how so many of the conversations I had were akin to a cheesy sales pitch. Promises were being made and some fear mongering was even thrown in for good measure. Then I spoke to Christine Dalena of Laufer, Dalena, Jenson & Doran. From the very first conversation, Christine was knowledgeable, direct, and honest. There was no candy coating and no false promises. That approach stayed consistent throughout the entire process. Christine was firm, and at times fierce, with the adversarial lawyer when necessary, and forged compromise where it made sense. She guided me through the process with professionalism, intelligence, and skill. She was also able to reel me in and protect me from myself at times if I got irrational. Christine also offers the added benefit of being extremely well versed in Finance and can quickly run numbers in real time to analyze the Tax Consequences / Net Present Value of future cash flows to give a true picture of the financial impact of certain decisions. The experience was only made better by my interactions with Christine’s Legal Assistant, Brenda Simmons. Brenda operated with the same level of professionalism and every interaction with her was a positive and pleasant experience. You will not find a better team to guide you through this difficult process.
