  I spoke with an attorney named Borbi, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a lawyer. He was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I explained that the ticket was based on false statements from the officer and that the case could be challenged using camera evidence. Instead of listening or offering guidance, he became confrontational, talked over me, and abruptly cut the conversation short. If you’re looking for someone who will actually hear you out and help you fight a ticket, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  Jim Clancy is nice to work with, he was a huge help in getting me a settlement that felt impossible.. I was leaving Rothman feeling defeated by the insurance company so I walked into his office- that’s on the first floor of the Rothman building and took a shot, thank God I did. Trust he’s working on your case to get you what you deserve. Be patient and you’ll win with him.

  On January 4th, 2023, I was in an accident through no fault of my own. I was working at the time and had to go to the ER. I had no knowledge of workers' compensation or dealing with insurance companies. I was referred to this law firm by another law firm to help me out, and they exceeded any and all expectations I had. Jim was always ready to talk and guide me through the process. I went from not knowing how I was going to pay rent to getting workers' compensation checks within 1 week of meeting Jim. They brought me into their office and let me know everything, and I couldn't be more grateful. They are definitely worth it if you get into any sort of accident or need help with workers' compensation. The staff at this law firm are always open to answering any questions. The settlement I received was more than I thought I would get, and I truly believe it was due to Jim Clancy's effective advocacy on my behalf. I hope I never need a lawyer again for a car accident or workers' compensation incident, but if I do, I will reach out to this law firm.
