  Hello, my name is Jeffrey Madera I want start off with. I am very unsatisfied with the services that was supposed to be rendered to me first off there was no communication I had to constantly call and call Delena Perez. She never returned my calls at that time. I proceeded to make a review then I got a call from my lawyer, Chris, which I’ve never even knew. Never talked to my lawyer the whole time I had my case the only person I talked to was delena Perez and she continue to not answer my phone calls. then I made a review and everyone started calling. I was told that if I deleted the review or change the review, I would get a partial payment until the case was finished but next thing I know they called me and told me there was a lien on my insurance because I use my doctors insurance at that time Delena Perez told me on the phone that because I use my insurance company. There was a lien and they had to pay the lien first I did not understand we got into a disagreement on the phone because I was told that I was going to get a parcel payment because I am going through a lot. I had to take time off of work because of the injuries that I had due to the accident also, my wife is going into surgery. She is ill so I really really needed the money and I also alliterated to them and let them know over and over that I needed the money because my wife is going into surgery soon and the holidays was coming up and I haven’t been working that much and they say that they’re for the people you know, but I don’t feel like it was for the people. Delena Perez lied to me told me that she called the insurance company when I told her that I was gonna call the insurance company at that time. She said oh Ithe number was the wrong number. She never called the insurance company so she lied to me and said it was a lien on my on my case when she never called the insurance company because when I told her I was gonna call the insurance company she said the number I gave her didn’t work said. Did you call or you didn’t call for some reason, she the company says they’re for the people, but they’re not for the people and I feel very betrayed and I’m very very unsatisfied and still at this point I still have not received my money. I just want somebody to reach out to me. I want to close this case I want the maximum of whatever I can get they told me without without even talking to me that they took a a settlement without even conversing with me. I

  A truly horrible firm with highly unprofessional business practices. Read the other 1 star reviews. Don’t believe the incentivized 5 star fake reviews. Perhaps Morgan and Morgan should spend less money on Ad’s and more on internal support, staffing, and customer service.

  The worst law firm around they are very unprofessional, they dont call or respond to voicemail or emails. They will steal your money even though you won they will keep your money and every week its something new that pops up. Arayace is the worst paralegal doesn't know how to do her job at all very unprofessional and incompeten she yells and cusses her clients out at least to me she did and I yelled at her cause its always something new and doesn't give you all the details upfront. If I could call the board on her and Christopher who dont fight for you at all. Will get the bare minimum and then will keep. I have been at my case with them for over 3 years. I dont even have that car anymore. A company truck hit me amd got the bare minimum which I never received even though I signed documents and direct deposit over 3 months ago and they received the check but kept it for themselves. Now I have to get another lawyer to sue them and to get paid from the accident that they ripped me off from. According to other lawyers in new jersey I could have gotten way more back since it was a company vehicle that hit me. They are garbage and dont recommend them I dont know how they have a 4.8 rating cause they suck. Think before signing anything with them.

  Horrible experience. No communication from case managers whatsoever. My manager was no longer working on my case and I was never informed. Even before that, she would never respond to my texts or calls. Wasted so much time with these people who don’t care that I’m now crippled for life.

  If you are going to give your case to this law firm, be careful. We had a fall and injury case, we discussed it, they took the case, we sent documents and receipts for two months, at the end of two or three months they sent us a letter saying they dropped the case.
