Love love love Jennifer Flatow, Esq and everyone at this law firm.
First, I’d like to thank Ashley Cooper, Esq for the very generous number of consultation calls and emails with me during the early stages of my separation from my husband and for her glowing recommendation of Jennifer Flatow.
I would also like to thank all the staff at the firm who work behind the scenes and who helped with my case including Anne Rudden and Emma Weiner, Esq. Their support truly made a difference.
I retained Jennifer during the most traumatic time in my life and she has been my rock from day one. She continues to do an excellent job representing my interests. I deeply value her knowledge, transparency, compassion, and prompt communication.
I trust Jennifer with my life, and more importantly, my child’s life. I consider her my hero and guardian angel, and I don’t know if I would have made it this far without her.
I am eternally grateful and will never forget what she and this firm have done for my family.

I retained Jennifer E. Flatow, Esq. as Guardian ad Litem by court order, issued by the fifth judge (of 7 judges to date) assigned to my case. I had no role in selecting her.
The retainer agreement limited her role to fact-finding: interviewing parties and witnesses, collecting documents, and conferring with counsel on notice to both sides.
Between March 2024 and September 2025, invoices reflected charges for therapy coordination, medical and school communications, and parenting-time logistics - all activities that, under both the retainer and Rule 5:8B, require prior court approval. I have formally objected to thousands of dollars in charges as work performed outside the authorized scope and have requested corrected billing.
My experience highlights why families should carefully review any GAL retainer and confirm that all billed services stay within the limits set by the court.

So glad I went with this firm. Jennifer Flatow is a true professional. She’s compassionate and takes the time to explain everything in detail. Jennifer’s communication with me was always very prompt and clear, and she always got back to me the very same day which I appreciated. She made a very difficult process less of a burden and handled everything seamlessly. Couldn’t have asked for a better attorney!

Gale is an amazing and honest attorney which is very difficult to find. She helped me through a high conflict divorce with her knowledge and recommendations that she gave me throughout my case.
I went from hardly having my daughter to now sharing equal time with her.
Everyone’s case is different, and Gale will state this to you when you initially speak with her. She didn’t promise a certain result in my case but she did promise that she would fight for me and my daughter which she did. It’s hard to trust attorneys especially when you’re dealing with a divorce that has your emotions tied to it but Gale I trust, and highly recommend. Trust in Gale and you shall prevail!!!

Ms Weinberg and staff were attentive, professional, and kind during a horrible time in my life. Gale was fair and upfront. I did feel she had my best interests at heart. No divorce is easy. It’s just a part of life that sometimes is unavoidable. Gale did the best she could to make it a little easier.
I would recommend her if asked.
