  At my first meeting with Mr. Bestafka I had feelings of Anguish and Despair. Mr. Bestafka listened intently to my situation, took notes, counseled me and formulated an action plan. My fears were dispelled. It was abundantly clear to me that Mr. Bestafka not only has the expertise I was looking for in an attorney, but he also has compassion and concern for his clients and mindful of finding the most direct and cost effective path to our end goal.   Andrew represented me during my recent divorce. He was thorough and always followed through. He was quick to respond to phone calls and e-mails. He provided clear and concise legal guidance while trying to minimize my legal fees. He was always professional and did not dehumanize the circumstances. He always the manner in which I wished to proceed....even if he may have disagreed with my decisions. I would highly recommend him!
