  I hired Larry Kroll in July 2021 after an initial consultation. He was unprofessional on two occasions. First, he had sent me a letter that had private information of another couple instead of my information. And he may have sent my information to someone else as well. Second, he sent me my ex husband's first response to my request on a Friday. The letter was password protected and he let me simmer all weekend until he finally sent me the password on Monday morning. Soon after I had retained him I decided to hire someone who specialized in family law and international custody. He charged the retainer fee ($2500) and never provided any detail for how he used the hours. He said he would refund me and never did. I asked Mr Kroll a few times for a refund and he ignored me.
