As the engagement progressed, I identified multiple errors in both the legal documents he prepared and in external email communications sent to my partner’s attorney. These included repeated misspellings of my name and incorrect references to my partner’s name. These issues occurred throughout the process, from early communications through the final document presented for signature. The matter took longer than anticipated, which resulted in missed deadlines and created financial risk for me. I had informed Mr. Garnes at the outset of my medical condition and time sensitivity. Based on my experience, the work reflected inadequate attention to detail.
