- MBMike Bossetti4 days ago1.0Takes forever to get an answer back, have been given incorrect tax codes back as reasoning, when I pointed out that the information given was wrong and asked for proper wording, I was given no answer. I was able to teach their associates what a 52-53 tax year was though, after they incorrectly applied it to my tax year, so at least they'll know what that means moving forward.
- JTJenna ThomasMay 23, 20231.0I used Mike Salad and his paralegal Evelyn. If it wasn’t hard enough losing a parent then to have them have zero compassion and charge an insane amount for the process. On top of that misplaced checks from one paralegal to the next and never took accountability for it. I wouldn’t hire them again if someone paid me!!!! Awful experience with this firm!!!
