  I retained Aaron Aumiller to handle my feca claim. My claim had already been accepted at this point. After returning to work, I initially had a few mishaps with my ca7's being processed and holiday pay resulting in loss of wages. I reached out to the firm for assistance and left a v.m. I received an email about a survey so I rated them 2 stars because I was still waiting for weeks and hadn't gotten any return calls. A week later Aaron calls me and says he's not representing me any further because I left a 2 star review. Very unprofessional, instead of apologizing for the delays, he chose to not further represent me. He also told me that getting my right shoulder added to my claim wouldn't happen because owcp doesn't acknowledge Claims for overcompensation. Which he was wrong about because upon reviewing my ecomp file, it has been accepted as of yesterday, 2/17/26.! I think I'll continue to represent myself since I've come this far on my own. Thanks for Nothing Aumiller Lomax. ❤️

  Aumiller Lomax exceeded my expectations with how they handled my workers comp case. After getting injured at work, I as fearful that I wouldn't find a lawyer who could help me navigate the difficult workers comp road, but I found that with this firm. I highly recommend them to anyone who has an on-the-job injury.
